Options currently supports individuals in their homes in Overland Park, Shawnee and Olathe.  Our staff mentors are trained in assisting individuals with various needs in all areas of day to day living.

Options is experienced in coordinating with a variety of community entities to ensure proper coordination of services, ensures all staff are Mandt Certified and has a Master’s level behavior analyst on staff to develop behavioral support plans when needed.

Options provides supports to a number of individuals who require different levels of enhanced support in regards to health, nutrition and personal care.

Our focus for individuals in our residential support program is to be active and productive members of the community, to be responsible in caring for themselves and their homes and to be happy in their surroundings by providing a variety of opportunities within a structured and predictable environment.
